Home Builders Blitz 2008: Builder’s Notebook

Home Builders Blitz 2008 took place at 110 sites across the United States from May 31 to June 7, 2008. This year, more than 1,000 building industry professionals worked with Habitat for Humanity affiliates to build 263 new homes for families in need. This was the second nationwide Home Builders Blitz, and we invite you to get an up-close perspective on the week by checking out our builders’ daily notebook entries.

Builders’ Notebook
Kevin Campbell
Kevin Campbell has served Habitat for Humanity for 20 years. Most recently he has worked as the director of Home Builders Blitz. In 2008, Campbell was once again at the project’s helm to lead Habitat for Humanity’s second national Home Builders Blitz project. During the week of building, he reported first-hand on the progress at HBB sites from Oregon to Virginia – and many places in between.
