Nine-year-old Talita Carmo de Aguiar and her youngster sister Emanuele Santana Medeiros live in the impoverished Itajuibe favela in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Habitat Brazil is working closely with officials to move people out of this favela and into several new developments in the same vicinity.
